Proshanto’s research is focused on developing multimodal models and interpretability methods for said models to combine fundus photos with EHR data. The goal is to be able to use FP data to improve diagnostic accuracy for cardiovascular conditions, and use interpretability techniques to better understand the relationships between specific parts of the retina and the function of the heart.
